we came here to watch the world cup, what a blast! TVs everywhere showing the game. our server Michael was really helpful and attentive. he had excellent recommendations for the food, such as the fab four appetizer and the sundae. we loved the messi burger as well. will be back for the good times and great smiles!
We visit Hard Rock wherever we go in the world. The Bar staff at Fisherman's Wharf SF are awesome. Looked after us so well. Shout out to Misty, Frank, and Rodrigo. These guys are such great bartenders. Thanks for your hospitality
The food and service was excellent here! I'm normally not a big fan of HRC, having dined at several of them, but I had to make sure I gave this one 5-stars! Excellent service, margaritas 🍹, pulled pork, cheeseburgers 🍔, seasoned fries 🍟, and a great energy! I absolutely recommend this place!
This Hard Rock stands out among many others as a truly exceptional restaurant. I would know; this is my 48th Hard Rock Cafe that I've visited. This is Hard Rock had excellent service. From the time I ordered unti the time I received my food was less than 10 mins. My server, Rochelle, was fantastic, got my order correct, and was very friendly and attentive. The host upon entering (a nice African American guy; unsure of his name) was very friendly, funny, and very personable. The Rock Shop cashier (a fellow with a pink beard; didn't get his name), was also very helpful and attentive. I've never had a bad experience at a HRC, but this was one of the best. Drove over an hour to visit and I'm glad I did!
This was my first time to a Hard Rock Cafe and I came away very impressed. From the food to the service to the music items everywhere, this is a great place. For lunch, we had a gluten-free chicken sandwich and the avocado flatbread. The chicken tasted amazingly fresh and was a really good bite. The staff also catered to our gluten-free needs for one diner, which was very much appreciated. A chef even came to our table to discuss the issue. Thanks for that! Also, the avocado flatbread was a delight, loaded with avocado, onions, and greens. We were also treated to holding one of Jerry Garcia's guitars and getting our photos taken by the in-store photographer. You can buy the photos, also, if you like them. All in all, this was a great stop and we'll certainly do it again.
We went here after our trip to alcatraz on 06/13/2026. Our server was very friendly and accomodating. I had the chicken fajitas and cheese fries. The chicken was just a liiiiil dry, but overall the fajitas were very good with all the fixins. The cheese fries were omg good. So much queso goodness going on there. My girl had the spicy smashed burger, and she loved it. All pictured.
Four of us had a delicious meal here. The service was mainly good. We had to wait for our table even though it wasn't really busy. Also the waiter came to take our order after we had already eaten (a little bit disorganised). The food was lovely, I had chicken fajitas, one of the best meals I'd eaten in sanfransisco. The decor is super, I loved the guitars on the ceiling. Prices are pretty much what you would expect to pay in a tourist location. Worth a visit.
Had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe! We really appreciated Iovanny's attention. The food delivery was excellent and super friendly. Bringing out the check took a little long, but overall it was a fantastic spot to enjoy. Recommended!
We had a truly wonderful experience here because of tow employees, Jovanny and Coley (I believe that was her name). Coley seated us and was just the kindest to my youngest who requested a seat for her stuffed otter, Waddle. She enthusiastically agreed and asked if the otter wanted crayons and a menu. She gave the otter her own seat and made my daughter feel so special! Jovanny was very kind, patient waiting for my daughters to figure out their drinks, and was very prompt with our food. He checked up on us frequently without making us feel rushed. There was a mixup with the kids meal which he fixed right away. We got a light lunch off buffalo wings which were amazing! Perfectly cooked, a bit crispy, and the sauce was perfect! The kids had a cheese pizza that they said they liked. My beer and their drinks came out quick too! Jovanny was great and very welcoming! We would definitely eat here again.
